Is a 'Total Estrogens' test basically an addition of E1+E2+E3? or are there other estrogens involved?

I remember reading somewhere that there were about 30 estrogen metabolites, but I don't know if that's true or not.

With all due respect. Aren't you over intellectualizing. Does the fine chemistry really matter. What good are the numbers if there are no studys. And non lifting geeks whith out understandable logic. I'm staying with the basics.

Yeah, i realise that there are other metabolites, but do these make a much of an impact on the Total estrogens'' test?

Yes I believe all the metabolites are part of the total estrogen count.

these are different types of estrogen. So simply adding them numerically is meaningless.
