Default TRT cured anxiety, now its coming back?

I went through a lot of difference SSRI's trying to cure my anxiety issues. After doing a lot of research and blood tests I come to find out I had low testosterone due to a pituitary tumor.

I have been on TRT for about 5 years now. After a month on my protocol of 125mg a week by anxiety problems had gone away.

Now recently they are coming back. I am now with a new doctor who doesn't really know much about TRT/Endo (nearest endo is 500 miles away) My doctor has been trying to consult him regarding adding HCQ for the last 5 months to no avail.

Should I up my dosage some to see if this helps? If so what are your suggestions for dose increase? I was thinking of going to 150mg or 200mg for a month or more to see how I respond.

What are your suggestions?

Thank you

I would check your total test, bioavailable test or SHBG(can figure free test from TT and SHBG), and E2.

increasing testosterone can cause down regulation in dopamine receptors meaning you will be spoiling your self at higher dosages

We have talked before sorry your not doing well what are your labs can you post them with the ranges. I have found having a pituitary problem I need to treat many hormones. My Dr. said one needs to keep on top of them with testing you never know what the Pituitary will slow down other hormones.
I am treating my Testosterone, keeping my Estradiol down higher levels give me panic attacks, Cotrisol is low now I take Cortef to help, Thyroid is low I take Armour, Aldosterone is low I take Florinef, Vit. - D is very low I do 10,000 IU's a day, Ferritin and Iron are low I take Iron pills, Zinc and Copper are low and my Homocysteine Caridiovascular was very High I take a lot of B vits and supplements.

You need to test and keep on top of this with a pituitary problem and I have found Endo's are not good Dr.'s for this. DO Dr.'s are better.

*I recommend avoiding osteopathic endos. They seem to be the same as regular endos.

Are you taking HCG? Pregnenolone to rebalance pathways?

Not taking HCG or Preg.

I have scheduled an appointment with a new Endo for late September. Its a 500 mile drive and I hope he cares enough to spend more than 5 minutes with me.

Last test results show testosterone at 28.5ng out of 30. No other results available from Doc.
