TRT Dosage ?

Hi all. I’m a noob and have a concern about Testosterone dosage the Doctor put me on. I tried to search and couldn’t find anything on the subject of "sublingual dosing on Test Cyp" The doc started me on a 100mg a day of the test. That sounds very high to me I see everyone else at 100mg a week of course their injecting and im not. So if you can help me with this it would be appreciated.

Are you saying that your doc has prescribed you to take your 100mg of testosterone via losenges under your tongue? That is not a currently accepted treatment method in the US. Where do you live?

Yes that’s correct and I live in Florida. The Lozenges are made at a local compound pharmacist and any flavor you want.

Oh hang on, it's test cyp. Orally.

I vaguely remember something about eating testoserone and boldenolone etc etc - anything with a long ester basically.

Ok, from what I remember, the amount u get out of it SUCKS. Like, 100mg lozenge you're probably only getting 20mg of that into your system. At a guess.

Ok I know this is like the worst post ever, with no facts or backup, but I'm just trying to get the jist of it across...

My doc presribed the same thing, and it was worthless for me. I've tired about every method possible...and just today started injections. The losenges, orally, and gel/cream did nothing for me.

As far as it not be an accepted treatment...I don't think that is correct. It just doesn't work well.

I got my info from Dr. Shippen's book "The Testosterone Syndrome" and I mis-quoted him. He actually said that "Testosterone lozenges are not yet sold to the general public....". Dr. Shippen actually likes them, but says that T levels will fall in about five to six hours after the lozenge is taken. They have to be taken three times a day by most and it can be annoying to some. He does not discuss the dosing that I could find in the book.

All give it a try. So far I’ve been using them for about 2 weeks and I do feel better. But I also was put on Thyroid meds at the same time so it could be a combo of the meds. All let you guys know after I get my blood work retaken.
