Default trt gyno

Ive been on a 5g 1% testosterone gel for 3-4 weeks now and have been developing gyno for a few days atleast. Its not so much the nipples as it is the sides and the upper chest. Doc says to simply quit the testosterone and to let him know if it does not improve in 2 weeks on its own. He did not want to try nolvadex. Nolva raises shbg and that contradicts the entire purpose of my trt. Me having high shbg and low free T. Ive been doing zink and chrysin for the last week but obviously not really working. Have a sneaky suspicion that my gyno is prolactin related as i have enlarged glands all the way up to my collar bone. It still not visable but u can feel the lumps very easely.

Im having new bloodtests in 5 days. What actions should one take at this point ?Is there anything i can do to prevent this from getting worse or even reverse this thats is considered safe?

Also, i can not c myself on any form of trt in the future without managing e2. and if im having trouble 3 weeks in on 50 mg / day i guess i would have to use an anti E as a permenant part of any trt in the future. lets say small dose of arimidex every other day, Is there any dangers with doing this?

Could quitting gel now make things worse as my own production prolly pretty low and aromatizing clearly is high at this point?

thanks.

Gyno can be caused by several horonal actions and untill further testing is done I would wait untill after th tests are completed to add armidex in. You want to get a valid reading with no other varaibles affecting it.

Good idea.
I got lucky today i took the gel on and went down to the local hospital and found a nice nurse willing to draw my blood even tho its not normally done there as its emergancies only during the weekend. I tested as docs prescription TT Bio T Estradiol Prolactin FSH LH SHGB.

So now i got a valid reading while on the gel and i can now focus on gyno worries.

My options are:

1. quit gel cold turkey and hope i am not completely supressed to leave me totally E dominent.
2. wean of gel and hope this will raise own test dht to fight E as slowly dropping the gel.
3. Keep doing gel as is and hope i can convince my doc to prescribe Arimidex. Do u guys know of any studies done on testosterone supplemented related gyno of gyno in general that is not an article on body building sites as doc would categoricly dissmiss them as such. Or Just another health site whos name or content isent related to body building but still adress the importance of anti E in trt or gyno?

What would be the best action to take with only gyno in regards?

Thanks in advance.

Labs b4 testogel.

s-prolactin 7.8 (3-13)
s-fsh 3.3 (1.0-12.5)
s-lh 2.1 A (1.2-9.6)
s-östradiol <150
s-dheas 9.5 B (4.3-12)
s-shbg 40 (20-50)
s-testosterone 12 (10-30
s-testosterone bioactive 5.2 (6.3-16)
tsh 1.0 (0.1-4.

Labs after testogel for 3-4 weeks (not even on full doze of 50mg all the time)

This was drawn 3-4 weeks into testogel about 3 hours after applying it.

s-prolactin 5.4 (2-12)
s-fsh 2.4 (1.4-1
s-lh 1.6 (1.5-9.3
s-östradiol 47 (30-160)
s-dheas (wont get results till later this week)
s-shbg 39 (11-52)
s-testosterone 12 (8.8-32)
s-testosterone bioactive (wont get results till later this week)
p-psa 0.86 (<4)

These tests as seen here (in absence of a few missing pieces) are basicly identical and there is no increase in total T either so where did the supplemented T go straight to dht or was i totally shut down allrdy just leaving me at the same level as b4 gel? . Now it gets interesting as i compare symptoms b4 and after.

Libido increased to good old days more or less. hard to compare but felt really good.
Erection felt way better and bigger, more sensitive too like b4 propecia days (still no morning wood tho)
Energy still low but considering only 4 weeks on gel i have to say thats pretty good results.

Totally i just felt much better, normal even if not for the gyno issues.

In my first lab, could it be that the estrogen showing less than <150 is because its too low to measure an exact number? (saw a poster saying that in regards to his lab) And then my 2nd lab show 47 wich in such case has been gowing up causing my breast glands to enlarge? I realize i need to check for dht since im former a propecia user but is that low an e2 even an possibility for this?

I realize estrogen is not a bad thing so i dont want to have it too low unless thats the real reason for gyno. What other hormones do u suggest i check up?

I felt alive again on testogel so im kind of optimistic about this.

thanks in advance
