Default TRT regime

Friend of mine has decided to never come off of cycle. He wants to do TRT between big cycles. He's gonna shot 250iu of HCG on every monday and tuesday and 100mg of test enanthate [T.Prolongatum by Jelfa 100mg/1ml] on every thursday. How this regime looks ? Thx in advance.
