Turn your shots into transdermal?

I was looking at this stuff to use with bulk DHEA powder to make a cheap transdermal, and reading the reivews it sounds like guys are adding their test cyp and other to it to make a transdermal.

I had this idea a while back but no one was interested and I dropped it.
If you wanted transdermal delivery why not just look at the ingrediants in androderm or gel.
I`ll bet tho that any good hand lotion would do it,
