I was waiting for this offer long time.
Post #1 contains picture of my spreadsheet with some of my labs at Quest Diagnostics (and LabCorp I think), Name, values, units, ranges.
Conventional units - SI units Chemistry Conversion Unit Prefix Conversion Calculator

We also have very usefull
Free & Bioavailable Testosterone calculator
but there are few problems with it.
1.Usually it requires prior unit conversion
2. only FreeT part works properly, that is it will give results that can be confirmed when compared to results of Quest diagnostic
test
Testosterone, Free, Bio/Total (LC/MS/MS)
Quest Diagnostics: Test Menu
In that
test, Quest calculates FreeT and BAT.
FreeT output works well with internet calculator but BAT does not.
On a second page of calculator you can find formula that they claim that they used.
Possibly they used good theory but did not really followed it in calculator.
If you find error in calculator, we will be able to use it for both values.
If you find that they actually followed the formulae correctly, I have another reserch papers that may help shed more light.
About FreeT calculations, it is easy to get sanity check using chart, post #41
