Hey swale and other peeps,
my previous 2 blood tests showed elevated urea (11.7 mmol/L) and creatinine (103 umol/L).
The 1st time I was on a high prot diet 250-270g and creatine.
The second time I had been on 130g prot/day for about 10 days and off creatine for about the same time and the results were practically identical.
Should I be worried about kidney damage?
I mean, I think the results are due to the high protein intake but my doc is having me redo the tests in a month.
everything else is fine: lipid panel, thyroid, liver (except for the time I took a
test while on M1T) and BP is fine too.
