URGENT - Gynecomastia treatment

Seeing My Dr tomorrow, and need to get good advice re: the best options for treating gynecomastia.
At this stage I've heard that Armidex is the best option followed by Nolvadex which just works on the receptors. Which should I be raising with my Dr as an option, or is there something else that works better.

Also, please note that I'm not on TRT at this stage - in fact the only thing I take is hydrocortisone at a rate of 10-20mg a day depending on activity levels/stress.
The only other relevent thing I can think of mentioning is that I'm naturally quite high in thyroid hormone - plenty of natural T3 floating.

Still go to www.allthingsmale.com and in the TRT: A Recipe for success are the tests and why needed for low T get them done. Don't take anything to lower your E's or E2 without a test.

According to this study, 20mg per day of Nolvadex was used for 6-12 weeks.

Thanks for the helpful advice.
Looks like I'll focus on Nolvadex, its just that I read somewhere in here that Nolvadex is outdated compared to armidex, and that if taken alone without TRT then it results in lower testosterone amongst other problems....
Anything to add re: this?

Yea this can't be right if one has low T and high e2 taking Arimidex will lower the E2 and the T will come up some 200 to 300 points in most cases.

For Gynecomastia Treatment I don't think Arimidex will do anything but low E's. If you search back someone posted a thread with a lot of links to studys on this.

I also have gotten gyno from TRT. I am now taking 1.25mg of Letrozole and will work my way up to 2.5mg and stay there till its completely gone. I was on Arimidex which was given to me by my doctor along with 40mg of Nolvadex, but from what everyone has said Letrozole will reverse gyno at the best and is stronger than Arimidex.
