Default Very low values on Lab test. Help!

These are my results:

FSH 0.5
LH 2.2
test 69ng/dl (200-800)ng/dl

I have not used ASS, and I was training 3-4 days per week.
What about?
Causes?
I´ve never seen lower values than mine.

I'm worried, what can I do?

My brother had a test level of 9 so you’re not the lowest I’ve seen. Of course his was due to some medications he’s taking so there’s a difference.

You look like it’s secondary hypogonadism. You need to have an MRI to check to see if your pituitary has normal structure so you can determine how your should be treated. Causes? Very rarely it’s related to a pituitary tumor which is usually benign in the vast majority of the vast minority that discover tumors. Usually the cause of secondary hypogonadism is unknown and manifests as just a reduction in pituitary function for whatever reason, it’s might be surprising how few people know why they are secondary.

In the end you need to get an MRI and then go from there. Usually they’re normal so you may never know why and at that point your only remaining concern should be getting treated as low T can cause a bunch of health and emotional issues.

Do you have any other labs - specifically, prolactin? If you do, you might be able to avoid the MRI. If PRL is greatly elevated, then the MRI would be a good idea. If PRL is within range or only slightly elevated, it is much less likely that you would have a pituitary tumor.

PRL was 15 ng, which is high but whitin the range.
I said I´ve not used AAS. I only tried Androgel for a week, 5 mg/day , 2 week before the lab test.
Can overtraining, diet or stess affect the hormones production?
Next friday I´ll have new result from another test.
I'm very confused

The Androgel definitely clouds the picture. The androgel use was close enough in time to the lab test so that you cannot rely on the result. Getting a repeat was wise move.

I hope, but I tried Androgel because I felt tired and unmotived and very low libido. Perhaps the T was low at this point.
The training and the diet was killing me. I'll take a break until I'll have the lab test results.
What about use Tamoxifen or HCG?.

Don't take anything and stop training for 2 weeks and get retested go to www.allthingsmale.com and do the test in the link to TRT: A Recipe for Success. I have heard of men over training and they were not as low as you but you did some androgel then stopped you were on it long enough to stop your brain from sending the messages to your testis to make T. So take a step back and try it again.
