Weird Experience With HCG

I have been on HRT for 2 months now, I take 200 mg of enanthate per week and 2 shots of 500iu of HCG per week. The first days after the HCG injections i get some testicle shrinkage which seems to go away about the 3rd day after the last hcg shot.

I did use anabolic steroids in the past, and i went into HRT a 8 months after my last cycle which was mainly Deca.

i would like to understand why i get testicle shrinkage even with the HCG.

Your doing a lot here 200mgs a week is going to convert into Estradiol and on top of this your doing 500 IU's of HCG this with a very high dose of T is driving up your Estradiol levels get them checked. I would cut back on the T shot to 150 mgs keeping the HCG at about 500 IU's and get on some Arimidex .25mgs every 3 days if your Estradiol tests are high. It's best to keep Estradiol between 10 to 30 best at 20. If your over 40 every thing your trying to do is being undone by the estradiol.

yeah, 200 mgs is too much especially with hcg. i would knock the T down to 100 mgs and the hcg to 250 iu.

I forgot to mention that my estrogen is at 32
Im already taking arimidex, sorry for not mentioning it before, i migth try to cut down on the doses anyway. Is there any possibility of low TSH causing testicle shrinkage?

have you done any bloodwork or are all the doses "free hand"? This would include work for sexual hormones, thyroid, and adrenals.

I have done proper bloodwork, including the TSH, my last question was related to a few articles claiming that TSH even if its in the normal range but low could cause some problems, mine is on the low normal.

How is your libido and everything with an E2 number of 32?

libido is not very good, dont have ED problems but i dont really have much libido. Going to get bloodwork again next week, see how everything is going. I have Proviron available but my doctor doesnt know how to incorporate it into HRT, to be honest he doesnt give me much help.

If you have a low thyroid this can be your proglems just testing TSH is not telling the story you need Free T3 and Free T4. You can tell if your thyroid is low by taking your temp in bed under your arm. You need to not move much when you wake put the gauge under your arm and keep it there for 10 mins. If your temp is less then 97.8 do it 3 mornings in a row and add them up and div. by 3 if this avg. is still under 97.8 you have a low thyroid. The best med to treat this is Armour.
