What Aromatase Inhibitor has the least side effects?

Need to reduce Estrogen Levels while on TRT. Testosterone level 911 and
Estrogen Level 253 twice normal level. Feel great, just don't want to develop
gyno. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Before you mess with a AI get the right test done you need Estradiol. Messing with Estradiol without knowing what it is is not a good idea. Test then post it and we can help you Total E is not a bad guy my Total E was like this for a long time and as long as I kept my Estradiol down I was fine.

1mg per day? Sheesh that sounds like a lot to me!

Before I started TRT, my Estrogen levels were approximately twice the upper end of the range. After Dr. John got me tuned up, I am taking .25mg EOD and my levels are just where they should be. Of course, we are all different and respond differently.

That is way too much. most people are taking 0.5mg every 3 days or so. If you take 1mg/day my guess is that you will feel pretty shitty soon

Arimidex is powerful stuff. Hope you don't go too low on E2 Krembles. You do need some estrogen for your health. Might want to get a second opinion on that.

Arimidex will bring down your Estradiol but not do much with Estrogen. I feel your on a road to a crash not getting E2 Estradiol checked on a blood test first before trying Arimidex. I have had my Total E's and E2 tested Total E's were like yours but my E2 was good. If your like this and you take Arimidex you will crash lowing E2 to low is worse then having them to high.

"It acts by blocking the enzyme aromatase, subsequently blocking the production of estrogen. When used with strong, readily aromatizing androgens such as Dianabol or Testosterone, gynecomastia and water retention can be effectively blocked. Shows great potential. Specificially, Arimidex@ is the first in a new class of third-generation selective oral aromatase inhibitors.

I am scheduled to get a blood test in a month. If aparant sides develop first,I will reduce dosage. However it has been less than 24 hours and I woke up with out joint pain, back pain, no headache, I feel just fantastic; despite this
sh!tty weather that would normally depress the most up-beat personalities.

I have not take Growth Hormone's for a month. I feel I should wait and resume when Testro and Estro are at the desired levels. Would avoid confusion if sides occur. Just did 40 min of cardio. Inversion, a little weight resistance. Now it's time to read a good book. Thanks again to all you

That is what I would do as well. I think getting your T and E levels fine tuned first is good idea.

Estradiol should be tested using the high sensitivity, extraction method. (As per swale.)

My Doc also like to see estriol, estrone and total E's.

I use 0.25mg of Arimidex 3x/week. This works fine for keeping my estradiol and estrone in the low/normal range.
