Default What do you think about my bloodwork?

I visited a new doctor last week and had these tests run. I am 40yo, 5-11, 195 and workout 3-4x per week. Can you guys provide me feedback before my next visit to with this doctor to discuss them.
(LabCorp was the testing facility).

TSH+T3 Free
TSH 0.691 uIU/ml
Triiodothyronine, free Serum 3.3 pg/ml
Testosterone, Free and total
Testosterone , Serum 495 ng/dl
Free Testosterone (direct) 9.7 pg/ml
Estradiol 21 pg/ml
DHEA-Sulfate 120 ug/dl
Prostrate-Specific Ag, Serum 0.2 ng/ml
Thyroxine (T4) 5.7 ug/nl

Based upon Will Brink’s article “It’s in your blood” he states “the optimal level of the hormones for adding muscle mass, minimizing bodyfat, and having a superior metabolism in general”.
Total T, 800-1200,
Free T 20-25),
IGF-1 (250-300),
DHEA 400 - 500 range
Estradiol (below 25),
Thyroid T3, 3.5 - 4.5,
Thyroid T4, 8 – 12
Note: He uses Labcorp as well

Can you provide feedback on my results vs. Will Brink’s numbers?

What were the ranges? I've used labcorp and the range I got for total t was 241-827. This number doesn't seem to correlate with what Will Brink had.

As the article states, different labs often use different ranges on some tests.

When lab findings are within the reference range, the question would be what symptoms is the person experiencing. Low normal values are also important to note since some blood test are not sensitive enough to clearly determine the presence of some conditions such as adrenal fatigue.

I think my wife has a adrenal problem she has RAI done to her thyroid due to Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. It was in 1991 this started the Endo put her on synthroid until I got her to see my Dr. last yr. He put her on Armour but when she got upto 2 grains she felt hyper and had chest pains we rushed her to the ER and they could not find anything wrong. But her blood test came back TSH dam low.
FT1 = 5.86 L range 6.33 - 12.40 ug/dL
T UPTAKE = 1.09 range .066 - 1.27 Units
T3 TOTAL = 1.93 range 0.8 - 2.2 ng/mL
T4 TOTAL = 6.93 range 5.0 - 12.0 ug/dL
TSH = <0.1 L range 0.4 - 4.7 uIU/mL
So the Dr. lowered her Armour to 1 grain.

I later found out if her cortisol is low the armour will not get to the cells and 2 grains will make her feel this way. She was to the Dr. 2 weeks ago this is the test results.
FT1 = 7.00 range 6.33 - 12.40 ug/dL
T UPTAKE = 1.04 range .066 - 1.27 Units
T3 TOTAL = 1.58 range 0.8 - 2.2 ng/mL
T3 FREE = 2.67 range 1.5 - 3.5 pg/mL
T4 TOTAL = 7.28 range 5.0 - 12.0 ug/dL
TSH = 0.304 L range 0.4 - 4.7 uIU/mL

My Dr. told her he can't help her anymore to go see this Endo. She came home crying been to many Endo's no help at all.
So one of the guys here posted this link.
http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com
I went to this link and after reading for hrs. I am sure my wife does not have adequate adrenal output. And her tests show this her T3 FREE = 2.67 range 1.5 - 3.5 pg/mL and her TSH = 0.304 L range 0.4 - 4.7 uIU/mL. My Dr. saying TSH is to low on 2 grains of Armour. In the link the ave. on Armour is 3 to 4 grains she feels hyper on 2 grains. They say the reason for this is low cortisol levels. When your cortisol levels are low you can never get up to the higher dose of Armour. They also say one needs to have FT3 up at the top of the rang or just over and doing this will make TSH go low but not to pay att. to it. They said if one is on T4 throid meds for a long time they will get low cortisol levels from this type of med stressing the adrenal output.

I was to my Dr. that treats my low t and was treating her. I told him about the link I read with low cortisol women feeling hyper on a low does like 2 granins of Armour. So he gave he a low dose of 1mgs. Predisone and said to take this for 10 days and then come it for a blood test. She started on this Fri. so a week from today she will be done and get the test on Monday. She said she is feeling better. Can this be she is still doing 2 grains of Armour. She said she does not have that aching feeling as bad but is still feeling fatigued. Will adding Predisone change here blood test and will she be able to try more Armour.
