What should I do for this Gyno Problem?

Hello everyone, I am 21 years old and have been on TRT for a few months now. I am on 150mg per week. Whenever i was first prescribed the treatment though, i decided to do a steroid cycle and up the dose to 500mg per week for 12 weeks and then slowly move back down to 150mg per week. Well, during the steroid cycle i started to get puffy nipples and hard lumps under my left nipple only. I immediatly started using nolvdex at 50mg per day for a week and then 10 mg per day since then. But now ( i am on 150mg per week) my nipples are really puffy and my left nipple has a hard sensitve lump under it. So I upped my nolva to 25 mg per day, i have been on that dose for about 1 week. Still no help.

I should also mention my doctor doesnt know i am using nolva, i obtained it illegaly. I am not really sure what to do here though. Should i tell my doctor that i am having gyno problems and see if he prescribes letrozole or arimidex? I dont know what to do and i need a quick solution! Thanks for your help!

Yes..I'd tell him and hopefully you've learned a lesson from this. I wouldn't tell him about the cycle but I would let him know you are having gyno issues. If you tell him about the cycle he would probably cut you off as you wouldn't be trusted to do your own therapy.

yeah, i know it was stupid . What do you think he will suggest though? what have your experiences been with treating gyno on TRT? Will letrozole help this? Or do you think arimadex will do the trick?

Gyno is due to elevated estrogen levels.
Even now you are most likely taking too much T and that is still making your estrogen a problem.
Why dont you do a blood test, see where you are and then go from there.

I suggest:
Do not change anything in your routine for at least a month and then do
blood test at Quest Diagnostics on the day other than when you do T shots
draw blood at Quest
Do the following, (print it and give to your doc so he can copy it to script)

You will take Arimidex or better LiquiDex. LiquiDex you can easily dose using insuline syringe with cut off needle with a nail clipper. Start with 25 units on syringe every day.
That is 1/4 pill of Arimidex/day. Go from there as per blood test results. Keep your E2~20

When you get your E2~20 (10-30) your gyno should stop beig itchy, possibly it may get smaller.

If your testicles are shrunk and you do not like that, use
HCG, Novarel, 250IU/every other day, (that may reduce dose of Testosterone if you testis are still working.
Consider splitting your weekly dose of testosterone and do it either twice weekly or every thee days.
If you are using 200mg/1mL testosterone and want to use 120mg/week but do it every three days, you calculate as follows:
120/7*3=51.43mg
51.43/200=0.257mL
that is

Talk to your doctor. Letro can lower e2 and other estrogens to an unsafe level.
