What's the best way to take Arimidex? (with and without Nolvadex and Proviron)

I've started Armidex this week for the first time ever and so far, I've taken .5 mg on Monday with 150 IUs of HCG and .5 mg on Wednesday when I injected 100 mg of test.

I've also acquired some Proviron and I've been taking 25mg twice a day. And about three weeks ago, I started on Nolvadex 40 mg a day for the first time, but I've tapered off on that this week since starting the Arimidex and the Proviron.

I've also been on HCG since December, taking between 100-150 IU every other day or so, depending on how I feel.

My goal, of course, is to maintain a high level of T and a low level of E2. I have a tendency to get high E2

I am experimenting with the Proviron to see if it would increase my libido and keep me from looking so bloated, which happens at times.

So far, this week, my E2 seems to be down, but so is my libido. No, I haven't gotten lab tests done, but after eleven years on TRT, I know the feeling of high E2. For starters, my chest and face did not get red as they sometimes do after a test shot.

What side effects can I expect from Arimidex and Nolva?

Nolvadex vs. Arimidex.
I would feel you should stop both and wait to see if your libido or morning wood real hard wood comes back. Then just go on a low dose Arimidex it libodo or wood stops then you are to low and need to stop again when it comes back then cut the dose keep doing this until you find the best dose. I was gong to low doing .25 mgs of arimidex and switched to Indolplex/DIM was doing dam good on 1/2 a tablet. But at the time my T levels were not high enough. Today with my levels up and my feeling the best I ever did in 22 yrs on TRT I now take .5 mgs. of Arimidex 2x's a day. For me it is a small price to pay to feel this good.

Phil, you take .5 mg of arimidex twice a day? Do you take it when you feel your E2 coming on, or is too late by then to prevent the E2?

No this is my dose to keep in down between 10 to 30 my best range is 20. Yet if have a panic attack which I had this morning I will take it then at the time of the attack this morning it happened at 4am. I lowered my T dose to see if it would help with the High E2 and I crashed so I am back on the same dose trying to get back to were I was. So my doseing on Arimidex is off now I am doing to much or not enough.
