My Free T is low

My BioAvail T is fine

Dr says this must mean that my Albium is snatching my Test at a rapid pace?

Is this good or bad or neither? Im confused

Not enough info and without more testing your Dr. is pulling at straws. If your Estradiol is high and your SHBG then Free T be low Bio is all bound up.
