White Bullae on my shoulders

hello,

I noticed since 6 months ago, after i kissed my ex gf, that i have white bullae all over my shoulders and some on my chest, can anyone please tell me what it could be?

if these symptoms may help:
My hair fall out and i have dundruff and 2 months ago my scalp was itchy and when i rubbed it, i found my fingers wet.
I also have Gynecomastia, and some kind of a swelling on my pubic area ( those can either be Lipoma ) i will do a mamogram in the next days.
I have acne on my face and some pimples on my back, and my skin was always "oiley", i dont know if this can be normal with my type of skin.

I am very stressed and i don't do much from over a year, and i gained weight.

another symptom which is maybe related, i kissed a girl yesterday after that i had this feeling of fatigue and a burning sensation, and that was why i looked at my shoulders and it reminded me of those white bullaes which maybe increased after that kiss? i think it's just mono though ( the kiss disease ).

I am very worried, so please tell me what is that, could that be AIDS?!
I am very obsessed about my health and i get anxiety from it.

My blood test, testosterone and all those were normal.

I would apreciate if somebody help.

You need to post your blood tests what some Dr.'s call normal is far from it. Post your results with the units and range this helps us to help you.

If you’ve had blood tests then you’ve obviously already talked to a doctor about it. What did they say? Any doctor that sees bullae should either figure out why or send you to a specialist (like a dermatologist.) If you’ve done a full workup of blood work (i.e. Liver, CBC, Metabolic, etc.) and it’s all normal then it’s probably not something to be overly concerned about. Get a referral to a specialist. This doesn’t sound like AIDS to me so I wouldn’t worry about it, but if it makes you feel better HIV tests are cheap (often free) and are easy to get.

It seems you may have an anxiety disorder though. Anxiety disorders will make every little thing bother you especially things related to health. Anxiety can be caused by hormone imbalances or even brain chemical imbalances. Again, something to talk to your doctor about.

I suddenly have all these symptoms so it's killing me.
My gp saw the bullaes and he said "it's nothing"... he is not a good doc i guess.
I only talked to my doc about gynecomastia and the swelling on my pubic region.
my white blood cells are normal are 8.71 ( 4.00 - 11.00 ), does that prove that i dont have HIV??

HIV attacks the immune system so yea, it makes sense that you're not suffering from AIDS if your white blood cell count is normal. If you think you were exposed to the HIV virus you should get tested to alleviate your concerns. If you weren't exposed then you're worrying for nothing.

If you have anxiety problems I hope you're receiving some treatment for it. I was suffering severe anxiety and panic attacks. Would take trips to the ER with heart rates approaching 180 but all tests would come back normal. I was given Xanax and it helped a lot when I was starting to have a panic attack. After that I was referred to a doc that prescribed me Zoloft and within a few months all my panic attacks were gone and to this day I haven't had another one.

i used to take clonazepam but they said it probably caused me the gynecomastia. so i have bear with the anxiety...
the thing, is that i have many symptoms ( which is maybe psychological ) and i always read on the internet and the funny thing, that i find some symptoms are similar to mine, like the aids! testicular cancer!
I get night sweats, a swelling in the groin which is either lymph nodes or lipoma, and gynecomastia, and all those are aids symptoms! i am so worried.
i didnt have unprotected sex, maybe once oral sex, and i have many pimples, that maybe they trasmitted the virus.
my ex was a bit fat, so i didnt think she would have hiv.
are you sure if the white cells are normal i dont have it?

it's me again.
i think the bullaes are some sort of Fungal and that's also an HIV symptom.
I know that my CBC and white b c are normal, and that doesnt make me an hiv +, but i didnt find many information on the internet saying this, except on one site...

I think you're spending too much time reading stuff on the Internet. Why don't you just go get tested and aleviate all the anxiety you have about this. Personally I think it's more about an anxiety disorder than a serious medical issue. Go see a doctor to see about treating your anxiety and while you're at it get an HIV test so you can put this behind you. AIDS is such a generic disorder that even I had "symptoms" that could be HIV related. In the end, when I was running all my tests I asked for an HIV test and it came back negative. Just get the test so you can move on.

I have an apointment next week for the gynecomastia, i will ask for a test.
