Default ZINC deficient diagnosed using 'Zinc Tally'

Based on this article posted by JanSz some time ago I was interested, and bought Zinc tally to test if I was deficient.

TESTOSTERONE NATION

The Tally tasted like fresh water, and since then Ive been taking around 175mg Zinc spread over the day. (Piclionate, and cheated Gluconate)

Question is, the article doesnt mention how long to take Zinc at these toxic levels - my question is if i keep using 175mg and tasting the tally every week, will this be the best way to monitor my deficiency?

Zinc Deficiency

I will be adding supplemental copper also at the ratio of 8:1

Note - At present Ive noticed better sleep, less joint problems (noise/pain), more prostate fluid, larger testes, and better orgasms.

After a month I would slow down to 100mg/day, testing weekly with zinc tally.

At some point you may want to blood test zinc an copper.

If you are curious enough and able, at some point you may want to consider Genova Diagnostics NutrEval test.

I am in the process o getting results of NutrEval.

Other testst Genova is sending out to my insurance and they pay.
NutrEval they do not want to send to insurance.
I am waiting to see how this pans out.

The other possibility is to do this test on piece meal basis, as I did before.
The culprit is (I think) that NutrEval contains
RBC packed erythrocytes test (not covered)
