2 dim questions please

is it possible for dim to raise body temp after a few days of use? i have been in the 96.5 range for a while now and yesterday and today im in the 98 range. also for future reference because you guys have talked about going to far with dim and having to cut it in half, cant you just take one every other day instead of cutting it in half? oh yeah, one more thing. does everyone agree that enanthate is better than cypionate for every 3 day intervals and why... thanks for any responds, t

I take me temps 4 times everyday and I get some days where my temp will run on the higher side so it's hard to say. When I was on DIM I never took my temps. No you don't want to not cut the tablet in half because taking it every other day will put you on a roller coaster ride.

Enanthate and cypionate are so close, they are interchangeable. I believe that cyp has a slightly longer half life.

At the time I was on DIM I was on Testim doing 10 grams a day and my levels were only 600 I had sore joints and muscles and was house bound it was hard to walk. I found out the gels were on doing to job for me not getting to testosterone to my joints and muscles. So I switched to shots and still my levels were low but my pain was going away. I then added HCG and my levels doubled and I felt my best but my E2 was going way up doing this I tried doing 2 pills of DIM and it made me sick to my stomach with a bad headache. We tried doing both Arimidex and DIM but this is a no no never try this. So doing both my skin was breaking out on my body in a bad rash. So now I just do Arimidex.

but you still suggest it correct? and 36 estradiol is too high in your opinion?

Estradiol at 36 is definately too high. The only way that it would be close to being where you want it is if your SHBG is high and therefore a lot of the E2 would be bound.

From someone whos got the same E2 as you, yes its too high, dont you ever get brain fog? if so its your E2.

Remember SHBG binds more to testosterone then it does to estradiol.

i think ive been foggy for so long i thought it was normal. one thing thats weird is since the dim im not as focused every night like i was on sex, im not sure if thats good or bad although its only been a few day since i started... thanks, t

Personally I dont think DIM works, someone was taking 6 tabs a day and had E2 > 30.
CDG most probly works but I read it also lowers DHEA and some other hormones.
Zinc works but dont know how well.

i woke up today (day four on dim) and had the 1st MAJOR WOOD!!! in a long time. always had some but not to this level. does that give me some clue on how to dose it from here? im taking 1 tab a day of this http://www.ritecare.com/prodsheets/PHY-15336.html daily

See I told you this would happen now keep an eye on it every morning this means your E2 is in the Zone the right level. Have some good sex and injoy. If the wood like your having now stops stop the DIM until it comes back this means your starting to go to low. When the wood comes back that day go back on he DIM but cut the dose in half. Keep doing this until you find the right dose. A friend takes 1/3 of a tablet this is dam hard to cut so he got a good scale to weight out the DIM. I never had to do this. Also keep getting E2 tested so you know where your at some times you feel your to low and your to high again.
