Acne - NOT AGAIN!

I've been on HRT for almost two years now. Started on 250mg of Test E every 2 weeks, now I'm on 100mg test Cyp every week.

For the last 3months I've been pretty Acne clear. I'm using Benzoyl Peroxide (5%) Cetaphil Lotion - tanning beds - showering 3 times a day.

In the last week my shoulders, arms, chest and back have just blown up again and it's really put me down.

My face is oilier than the rest of my body yet it's acne free.

I'm thinking about starting a cycle of Accutane, enough is enough. I was curious as to whether any of you guys used accutane whilst on HRT, and if so, did you breakout just as bad when you were finished with your cycle?

My main fear is doing a cycle of it and then being back at square one.

Yes I know what most are going to say, ' Go see your dermo'. I'd just like to find out first hand experience from others first. Thanx

I'm no Dermatologist, but I can see right away that showering multiple times each day will badly disrupt the natural balance and protective mechanisms of your skin.

How long has it been since you changed your TRT regimen? I'm not clear on this from your post.

It's been 6months, Sorry I didn't elaborate. But that's definetely enough time for my levels to be somewhat more stable.

Estrogen is fine DHT is fine.

It's not your TRT then.

If you are breaking out that badly, I certainly would encourage you to see a specialist.
