Is this the adrenal fatigue questionaire from Dr. Wilson's book ?? - MESO-Rx

I was allowed to glance at an excerpt of Dr. Wilson's adrenal fatigue questionaire on the web, and then found this one--it looks like the same questionaire to me.

I'm sure anyone who already has the book can tell me.

Yes it is. This is a great find. We can post this in the Adrenal sticky for others to use.

Excellent 1cc. I'm also real glad I bumped into it rather unexpectedly. So far it looks as though adrenal fatigue is what ails me. I'll wait and see to make any more comments until I've filled out the questionaire though, cause at this point it's speculative at best.
