Now i read how swale says to apply it ever since i have ive felt differnt. He says apply on the side of abs like ur flanks but not dirrectly on the abdomen why is that. Is there more aromitizing activty on the center of the abdomen,thus less t rise more e-rise. Let me know im trying to figure this out. But im so happy im going to be a patient of swales and finally get fixed up.

He recommends applying on arms first, and anything left over on sides. There is generally more aromitizing activity on your abdomen than your arms.

i do put on arms,shoulders first then side abs,i have felt differnt though and actually more libido since i stoped apllying on stomach.What does aromatizing actually mean and why is it bad.

Aromatizing is when test is converted to e2.

so if i have dim should i try taking that and c what happens cause at first my e2 was really low but maybe its to high now i have been gettin erections in morning etc. Should i try adding some dim in now 1/4 tap and see what happens in next few days.

What you need to do is wait and get your blood tests done before you go and change things.

Other responces also skin feels dryer,i feel alot more concentrated,more energy,more agressivness, And alot hungrier all good things. Could changing the spot really have effected my e2 this much like balanced it and then caused a rise in my test. Because ive felt the best i ever had these past 2 days applying it differntly.
