Would appreciate any thoughts on how this might work or not....
I have low TT (300 ng/dL) - main symptoms are low energy levels and reduced morning
erections with poor normal
erections which has been much worse during winter months than during summer
Exercising and good diet (plenty oily fish, nuts, fruit and veg with both resistance training and running/football) improves both energy levels and mood and also
erections (along with
Cialis works well) but need to be doing it regularly to notice the improvement but working late plus lack of being outside due to cold dark nights makes it difficult to keep this going
I've just ordered Andromen cream 5% testosterone and was wondering if there would be any benefit to applying this say every wed and sat (or just weekend)? - as a short-term measure before seeking out
TRT long-term with
hCG and
arimidex
(i) I was thinking this would not shut down my body's own
testosterone production since I would not be applying the cream enough days in a row to do this
(ii) and would give me better libido/erections on the days I take the cream - along side training and
Cialis should work well?
(iii) and importantly I want to gain more muscle and bone density since I've always had thin frame and aim on doing 3 good weight sessions per week with cardio other 3 days and a rest day
Anyone think this is plausible? or at least beneficial in some respect? or indeed has anyone even tried this?
