Armour doseage?

Hi all,

I just recently switched from Synthroid to Armour. I read that it is good to split the doseage and take half after breakfast and half before bed. Any thoughts?

So far I am feeling a difference. My temps are still low but I can feel a bit more energetic.

How much did you start on and yes do half in the morning put it under your tongue and for get it don't take before bed but at dinner time it can keep you up. It's best to start lower and work your way up. Also do test your cortisol levels if your low doing more then 60mgs of Armour can build up in your blood you need cortisol to carry the hormone out of your blood into your cells.
