Hello everyone, I'm new to the thread.

Just curious why so many recommend AI's such as Armidex for reduction of BT's when scientific studies show the SERM's, Evista/raloxifene, #1 and Nolvadex/Tamoxifene, #2 are the clear winners hands down?

It seems to me that scientific studies prove that BT's are not only the result of high estrogens, as many have incorrectly thought in the past, or else AI's such as Armidex, would of been much more productive in the studies.

Considering the scientific studies in lieu of the hype , I would think that Evista to control BT's combined with Armidex or Letrozole to increase T's might be worthy of consideration. I realize that SERM's such as Evista might have some reducing effect on AI's but for me this may in fact be good as it will offset the extreme reduction in estrogen of the two said AI's that many believe to be too much.

Any thoughts?

I feel the bottom line here is high E's and mostly Estradiol chause this problem so arimidex stops the high levels. But if you have them all ready the others should bring them down. I don't feel arimidex will bring tits down in size but will stop them from growing more. SERM's will make them smaller if your not to far gone.

From what I been reading it seems like that high E2 causes lumps in the breast tissue for some people, and high total estrogens causes overall fat in the chest and everywhere else.

I don't know if the above is 100% true, they're just generalizations based on the results I've seen from people in various groups.

What type of gyno do you have?

Do you have hard areas around your breast or just overall fat?

Have you had your hormones tested?

Also DHT reduces estrogens, have you had your DHT levels checked?

I hear guys use Femera (letro) to get rid of gyno.

From what my doctor told me true gyno involves excess mammary glandular growth in men. I asked him if I had gyno and he said no. He said I had some excess fat but my glands were completely flat. I've tried diets in the past and while I've gotten the fat deposits down it's still more than I want. I guess I could try lipo for these stubborn areas. By the way excess prolactin can also cause gyno also.

Or HELOS, I think that has some kind of local fat loss inplications.
I dont think I would like injecting right around the nipple with a slin dart
