blood results after 5 wks of 100mg test.

well...I had some blood work done after injecting 100mg of test cyp, and 500UI of HCG weekly. I was injecting the test on day 1 and doing the HCG on day 5 and 6, with 250UI on each day. Below are blood results after 5 weeks of following this method. I was hoping to get some feedback here. Libio is somewhat improved, and ED is much improved. Reaching climax is still delayed, and hard to difficult to reach, and still tired alot. The doc has upped me to 120mg a week, for another 4-5 weeks before testing again.

Dihydrotestosterone 59 (30-85)
Testosterone, Serum 661 (241-827) This was 319 before starting any type of T replacement
Androstenedione 111 (57-265)
Pregnenolne 25 (20-150)
Test, Free, Direct 22.6 (8.7-25.1)
FSH, Serum <0.3 (1.4-18.1)
Estradiol 24 (0-53)
DHEA 502 (146-850) This was over 900 last time blood was taken

Your lab's look really good. You are sitting at a good total T level andy our E2 is in shape. DHT isn't too high or too low.

What improvements have you noticed this far? How do you feel on day 5/6?

DHEA could of been high last time if you are primary, due to elevated LH.

What is your SHBG? if its high then that could explain your problem, if its low then your E2 might be too high.

as far as improvements...libido and ED are slightly improved.

I think the days I inject HCG (day 5-6) are my best days.

As far as SHBG, I can't tell where we have ever tested for it. Would it be listed as something else on the test results?

When my DHEA was over 900 is when I was applying the test cream...which didn't seem to do much for me....hense the reason I am now doing injections.

Did you ever consider doing test cream or gel + HCG? Maybe 500iu 3 times a week plus the gel. It seem's you respond well to HCG if you are getting a good sense of well being.

I was gonna suggest that too, if you like the HCG so much, maybe you should switch to a gel and do 250IU 3 times a week. m w f.

yeah...tried the gel for quite awhile...my test levels didn't move while on it. However..did not try it and the HCG at the same time.

What would be the advantage of going back to the cream. I am getting much better results with injections...plus, I think they are much easier than applying that stuff everyday.

We all go threw the same crap with our Doctors. They want to give us the smallest shots
possible and charge the same. I have told my doctor "I just don't feel anything good or
bad; to me this is a wate of time. Double the dose or I will have to stoop." Doctor. "
will lets meet half way." This goes on and on for months. If my test level is not around
900 I demand more. I've quit a few times. This clinic I go to has had over 3 endo's over
the past year. When I miss a visit they start calling. "How come you missed your apt. ect.
You have to demand your levels be in the high end of the range or just quit going. Go to
an on line TRT clinic. They are very competitive.

This was drawn on day 4, with day 1 being test shot day.
