Men's Health Forum: This is a discussion on Blood work results within the Anabolic Steroids forums, part of the extensive steroid information at MESO-Rx; I'm 22, into bodybuilding (tho im not massive or anything) and general good health.
My current TRT regime before this ...
Myself and the doctor were very pleased with the results. It's exactly where I want to be, although I will try to lower the E2 using natural products such as indoplex with DIM and linseed meal.
I've actually started shooting the HCG less. I think I will shoot 250iu on day 4 and 5 or something like that - I'll just move it around until I can use as less as possible and get the best effects. The main result of HCG I've found is sex drive, and that is what I'm using it for (I'm on enough testosterone not to worry about the testosterone rise from the hcg).
So there you have it
I'm very happy with how things are going. Feeling great, body is literally morphing into a machine, sleeping good, all good. I've worked damn hard and had perfect diet for so many years in the gym without getting the results I deserved, and now I am. It feels really good.
did u always have low test? how long have u been on TRT? 22 is young for TRT, im 22 myself. when did you feel u needed to get on TRT? those numbers look good except for the E2.
The E2 is the libido killer at least it was for me. I keep my E2 Estradiol between 25 to 35 test range <20 to 56. I find Indolplex/DIM and 1/4 of a arimidex to work good for me. I got a shot yesterday 100 mgs. get them every week now. But still last night I had trouble with my E2 going to high so at 2 am I took a 1/4 of an arimidex and for the rest of the night I kept waking up with real hard wood. I stopped Testim 10 geams 3 weeks ago not getting a shot makes my joints and muscles hurt so bad it is hard to walk. Been on TRT for over 21 yrs. I am one of these that no matter what TRT I use I have problems with high E2.

Basically I didn't realise I needed HRT. As I said, I'm into bodybuilding. I was sick of not getting results after busting my guts for years, so I decided to do gear. Went to get blood tests before starting the cycle, and that's when I found out my natural levels were absolute crap.
Explained why I suffered from really bad fatigue, slept like shit, body didn't improve after years of hard training and good diet, mood swings and depression. I always thought it was normal to feel this way, now I know differently.
Concerning the indoplex with DIM, how much should I start on? I'm going to be using this one http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/et/estro.html
It's the same as the men's one, only it's stronger at the same price.
This is what I use it is the same does and all. http://www.ritecare.com/prodsheets/PHY-15336.html
But I must warn you if you don't get a test and take this you can go to low and it is worse then to high. But if your test comes back on the high side or over the top of the range then try taking one pill a day until you get real hard wood all night long keep taking it. But if the wood stops stop taking the pill until the wood comes back then go back on it but do half. Keep doing this until you find the right level and dose the window is small.

Good for you Stez!
But one question: what did you mean when you said you were on enough testosterone not to worry about the testosterone rise from the hcg?
"I'm on enough testosterone not to worry about the testosterone rise from the hcg)." I do not understand this statement. The closer one is to the top of normal range, the more they need to worry about HCG's ability to elevate T levels.
PM--That arimidex did absolutely nothing to your hormone levels that night. It takes 2.5 half-lives (which adds up to 12.5 days for that med) to stabilize serum drug levels.
Ok ok not "many" years, but 4 years seems a lot since I was taking it really seriously and sacrificing nights out on the booze and eating boringly clean diet and not getting much return for all the effort
As for the comment about test and hcg.
This blood work was done the day after shooting both 125mg testosterone and also 200iu hcg. So this would be the peak time, but it is still within range so it should be all good. Since I shoot testosterone every 5th day instead of every 7th day then I'm not getting as low at the end of the week so it's not AS imporant to boost it with the hcg, although I'm still taking this into consideration now.
Now I'm trying the following:
Day1: Nothing
Day2: Nothing
Day3: 200iu HCG
Day4: 200iu HCG
Day5: 125mg enanthate
Repeat.
Basically trying to reduce the hcg usage to a minimum.
I think if I can lower my E2 to the middle of the range with indoplex-DIM things will be good.

C'mon, give the kid a break! That's almost 20% of his life!
