I know this sounds crazy, but I'm beginning to believe the DIM I've been taking is contributing to a toothache. About three weeks ago, when I had been taking DIM, I got this horrible toothache in one of my molars.
I ended up going to the dentist and he told me I would need to get a root canal. He prescribed me some painkillers and some antibiotics, and had me return to the clinic to see another dentist, just to get a second opinion. By then, the pain had subsided.
He told me that he and the other dentist both believe that the nerve in my tooth is irreversably damaged, meaning I will most likely need a root canal. But because the pain had been subsiding and I had been laying off the pain killers, I wanted to give it another week before we went through with the root canal.
Now during this time, I received my Arimadex and
Nolvadex in the mail, so I started taking that instead of DIM. When I went to the doctor a third time, the pain was completely gone. I was thrilled and he was surprised. But we scheduled another appointment next month where he was planning on replacing the filling in that tooth.
Meanwhile, I realize that the DIM works better for my libido than Arimadex or
Nolvadex, so I start taking DIM again, and the pain to my tooth returned.
So what the hell?
