I have been on pellets for two months and have had nothing but a positive experience, however, my wife and I have decided to have a baby, therefore I have been using HCG at 100iu per day. This little bit of HGC has really created pain in the my breast tissue as well as burning sensation in my penis. Wish I could drop it but I need it for testicular function and sperm production.
I do not have much experience with AIs or SERMs. I have some old generic Arimidex in 1.5 mg caps from about 1.5 years ago. It said it expired about 6 months after the prescription which is 12/05. Could this still be any good?
What would be the best product to use for my purposes? It is my understanding that HCG introduces aromatase into the body, so I am thinking an AI would be best.
Depends what your problems comes from .. too many cycles or something else .. OK i see your on a few things. how much Test would you say you were getting per month from that 1,200mg in pellets? How long havbe you been on HRT and when did your p[roblem start

I would not take the HCG concurrently with the pellets, because it negates the action of the pellets. If you could find out from your doc whether your fertility will be fine after 6 month, and at that point do the HCG solo, then that would be better.
Your T release is so smooth right now, which is allowing high T levels with no E issues. Something like HCG which can spike T levels, will cause your finely tuned system to get erratic. BTW, 100iu HCG is not a small dose, and can give you a very good T boost from your testes, in which case you will be pretty over the top and thats when T aromatizes even more.
yes sorry that's .. I say stop HCG and try a new way of increasing sperm production .. proviron .... i was just asking why you needed the HRT in 1st place

I agree with your point. The pellets are doing a fantastic job for me and you know I did not want to do HCG in the first place. I realize I am sacrificing the smoothness of my therapy, but it is for a specific purpose.

The surgeon needs to find some sperm in the vas or he will be required to do a different procedure called a epididymotomy which is less successful.

good luck bro .. seriously, i hope all turns out OK for you and wife because having a child is an amazing thing. I could not love anyone more than i love my son .. it just isn't possible .. seeing how excited he gets when he gets new toys and when he rides the rides at great adventure ( six flags) .. My wife and i just look at ea other and we are so happy for the blessing .. He actually causes my wife and I to show effection for ea other that we really haven't showed for a while now .. When i get mad at my wife, i just think of what she went through to give birth to our son and i just can't be mad at her for long .. She has been through alot of pain and i thank her for the amazing creation she has given me. . given US ... She has become very strong person since the birth of my son .. She is amazing herself and would do anything it takes to keep our family together .. I would too and alot of this comes from seeing how happy we are with our son .. I want 2 more kids .. boys or girls doesn't matter and she wants at least 1 more ... You know how nice it is when your wife used to look up to you or maybe she does now .. remember how the girls in highschool used to hang on you holding your arms falling asleep on your chest while watching TV .. No feeling in the world is better than having your little boy or girl callking you daddy and looking up to you for advice .. laying on you while watching TV .. always wanting to play trains with you when you get home from work lol .. Maybe on day i while send a video of him so you can see what he is like .. He is at that age when they get crazy and filled with so much energy but he has so many maners .. How does this help increase sperm production? I need to do some reading up on this.
Hard to say why I needed HRT. I surmise that there is a connection with the vasectomy.

I totally understand your bliss. I have a daugher age 13 and a boy age 15. I thought I was all done having children, yet the renewed vigor I have experienced from HRT has gotten my wife and I excited about having more. It is not a new idea for us, it just gave us that extra push we needed to pull the trigger.

Vforcer i am intrested in your situation. You mentioned a vasectomy. When i got an ultrasound the doctor's mentioned my spermatic cord were similar to "post vasectomy" in appearence. I haven't had one myself but do require TRT also.
Did a varicocele or any damage to the arterys happen when you got the vasectomy? I am intrested in hearing more about your situation as i feel we are somewhat related in symptoms.
