Make sure that you have a goals, do blood tests, verify results, adjust amounts of medicine.
Make sure that you use wery frequent injections (with small 31Ga 5/16" long needle)
Best if daily or EOD.

Going on TRT solo may not cause one to become primary hypogonodal, depending on the T dosage and also what the T converts to. If one has a high DHT conversion, then this will more likely cause the HPTA to shutdown. Ultimately, nobody knows how any particular person will react to TRT, or how long a particular person would have to be on TRT to become primary hypogonodal. If one does however become primary hypogonodal, then no amount of HCG or clomid is going to reverse this condition. If one has fertility concerns, then why would one risk any possibility of becoming primary hypogonodal. Besides keeping one fertile, HCG provides the other benefits of LH, which are necessary in someone who is hypogonodal.
Where is that written that having a high testo to dht conversion rate this will cause HPTA to shutdown?? where does thyroid portion of the HPTA come in hand in this?? Dht has effect on thyroid??
What do you mean that you cannot use either HCG or clomid to recover your shutdown?? So if someone uses testosterone and his testicles shrink to a very very small level that means his testicles are dead and he cannot do anything to get them back to size and his HPG working again?????

Yes, this does indeed show the dangers of testosterone, if you are stupid enough to use something that you have no need for. If you had a great sex life and good T levels then why would you want to inject testosterone. Blame stupidity on your problem, not testosterone. Anything can be dangerous if you use it incorrectly. Testosterone, when used properly, can make your life normal again. When used improperly, it can ruin your life. Sorry, but I have no sympathy for improper use of drugs.
I did about 1 year of research before I went on. My doc has me on 125ml cream a day.
I feel good and all my blood work is perfect. I get tested every 3 months and all my numbers are better. All of them.
Mu sinus even feel better. I am 45 now.
My PSA is actuall better.
My research has led ME to the conlcusion that LOW T is worse and a change in T (going lower not higher has been related to cancer) I wish I would have kept and organized all my articles.
YOu need to talk to people and do research and get you body tested. T will generally make you feel better.

TRT means Testosterone Replacement Therapy. One should not take hormones unless one is deficient in them, which means that one needs to REPLACE them. Never mess with a normal functioning hormone system. HRT is a difficult process that should only be done if medically necessary. Once one starts on HRT, it is for life. If done correctly, it is an incredible life changing benefit. If done amateurishly, it is very dangerous.
