Right now my hypothalamus is confused, my regular system is paused and I need to get out of it. I need a diet plan to get me out of this. One with regular food at regular intervals that tells my body it's not starving.
Any help would be apprechiated.

Give it the proper foods in the right ratio then it will help to give building blocks it needs. Again every one body is different so there is not just a one fit all for each person.

Hey man, I'll help you out, first things first, take whatever your body weight is, say 200lbs x 15= 3000 calories is what you need to take in every day for your body to survive. Its just an example. If you are trying to lose weight its lbs x 12 = calories
Anyways, good rule of thumb for calories is 50% Carbs, 30% Protein 20% Fat. Divided among 6 meals every day. So using the example above that is 500 calories per meal, which using the % in grams would equal approx 60grams of carbs, almost 40 grams of protein, and about 10 grams of fat per meal, which you'd need to eat 6 of every day to just get enough calories in to survive.
Pretty much what I eat every day is Tyson Steroid Chicken breast (they're huge), Brown Rice, and A veggie. That's 3 meals, Maybe sub the chicken for steak, fish, or pork. Breakfast is 2 packets of Oatmeal, Bananna, 2 Scoops Myofusion Protein powder. I drink another protein shake at work and eat 3 Quaker dip bars with it. Before Bed its 2 scoops protein, 1 Tbsp Smuckers PB. All my protein is mixed with Skim Milk. Let me know if you have any questions.

Here's what I have been doing: (go to school so six is kind of hard)
Breakfast:
Bowl of oatmeal, glass of milk and whey with two eggs and a fish oil pill.
Lunch: school lunch whatever it is i.e. pizza, chicken strips, nachos, rib sandwhiches.
Supper: Whatever my mom's making usually something big like lazagna or burgers, tacos or sometimes pork/steak, alwasy washed down with milk.
Bedtime: Bowl of cottage cheese, 1 hardboiled egg.
I think I might be a little short on calories for a 16 year old dude.
5"7 130 lbs
Yeah your not getting enough calories in, here is a good rule of thumb, take what you want to weigh, say 150 X 15= 2250 which would be how many calories you need to take in to get to that body weight. Now I understand you are in school and getting food in can be tuff, I always had some PB sandwiches I ate between classes or during class if the teacher was cool with it. But of course i'm sure times might have changed since I was in high school. I also always ate some snack when I got home from HS too before dinner. At 16 your metabolism is fast. Before bed the cottage cheese is good, with the eggs, but you might need some more calories in. I always do protein mixed with milk, and 2 tbsp Natural PB. Yeah just a note, Natural PB is the only wat to go, smuckers Natural PB in the glass jar. Doesn't have any crap in it. Hope this helps.
