Default Can DIM block thyroid function and is it an anti-androgen?

Ive read that cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage and Brussels sprouts ,ect, can block thyroid function.

Since DIM is basically a compound thats found in these vegetables, can DIM block thyroid function?

I also read that DIM is an anti-androgen aswell, is this true?

For the guys using DIM, what has your experience been with it?

Thanks!

Are you on thyroid meds is your thyroid low. I know this is said but I have not seen this happen taking Indolplex/DIM. DIM if you find one that is good a lot of junk out there does not block E2 it converts it into good E's so your liver can wash it out. So even taking some TMG would held do this on DIM.
PhytoPharmica Indolplex with DIM

I have adrenal fatigueand high RT3 causes from adrenal fatigue, but not actual thyroid problems or low free t3 & t4.

I was just wondering because i dont want to touch anything that will block thyroid function in any way.

Does Testosterone lower T3 or T4 at all?
