DIM or arimidex

I have been getting some E issues with my new protocol. I take androgel at 5g a day and HCG EOD 250 iu. I am bloating up, getting anxiety issues, some nipple pain and swelling, have very transient libido, and am getting some fat gain/water gain around my lower midsection. It seems like the HCG is doing it. Every time I inject it I feel like a girl. I have a blood test scheduled for the week of Jan 19th. I have been taking ZMA for the zinc. I want to wait till I get the blood test done then start with some estrogen damage control. What would be better DIM or arimidex. I have found this brand of DIM in Canada.

Or I will use the arimidex at what dosage?????

Then when I see my doc next I will try to get some arimidex. I think he doesn't really like giving out AI's so I may be at a loss.

Start with one tablet at dinner time and keep an eye on how you feel. I use my morning wood to gauge how I am doing. I have not had morning wood for over 30 yrs went on Indolplex/DIM and it came back. I have found if my wood stops my E2 is going to low so I gauge by this to not go to low as per David Z. If my morning wood stops I check to see if I can get it up before getting out of bed if not I stop the DIM until it comes back 4 to 8 days. The day it comes back I go back on the DIM but cut the tablet in half. I did dam good on one half a tablet for a long time. The DIM Phil suggests is working great for me. I would try that first since there are probabaly side effects to the Arrmidex plus I'm sure it costs more.

Need more info what was your E2 before taking it what brand did you get and how much did you take.
