I’ve battled with the weight issue for years. I’m the type whose bounced from 180 to 230 lbs since puberty. I don’t consider myself a glutton nor have I ever eaten very large portions of food. I’m 5’10 220 ish now. I was a heavy drinker for years… Quit cold turkey several months ago. The main reason I went to have blood work done was because After the detox I still woke up to what felt like a real nice hangover EVERDAY! Its very frustrating to go through all that and to still have the symptoms of a drunk.

When I was 18 I had gyno surgery… Would that be a sign of a hormone problem?

First thing I would dom is detox and support liver pathways to rebalance the body from all those chemicals.
Then I would suggest approaching this from a fatty liver approach such as in TCM.
Healing the liver may help to reedtablish the hormonal axis taking stress off the body..

Thanks for the great responses.

I would have to agree that the choices regarding my health havent been stellar. I've taken that into consideration, and just got back from doing cardio.

e2 estradiol 16 12-41 What would this suggest?

E2 will go up when you are going to raise your TotalT.
