what do you mean 8 days half life?
I though that arimidex stays in your system for up to 5 days before next dose but maybe I'm wrong.

I am not really good at explaining this.
Usually we desire to keep blood level of any medicine at constant level, you would have to supply medicine constantly at miniscule dose, that is not practical.
The other view, how much variation in blood level can be acceptable?
So there must be a compromise between this two requirements.
That depends on how quickly levels fall down, (to the level that is half of maximum level == half life).
I have seen posted here links to calculators for testosterone applications.
People trying to find out the longest acceptable time between shots.
Same would apply to Arimidex, just input proper half life into calculator.
I think the agreement here is that testosterone shots are best at every three days,
and Arimidex every other day.

I started on Arimidex after my last blood test.
I have no problem with using any size dose because I use LiquiDex, daily
It is liquid I use insulin syringe with needle cut out with nail clipper.
I use 25 units as per syringe, that is 0.25ml=1/4 pill of Arimidex.
7*0.25=1.75 pills/week, not sure yet if that is going to be right dose.

As far as morning wood goes I have it one morning and then I some times dont. I had it for a portion of last night while I was sleeping but not when I woke up this morning.

I do been doing it for yrs. I eat up my T dose as fast as I take it and when I do the bigger shot once a week it drives up my estradiol levels. So I read Dr. Shippen was now doing shot every 3 days to keep leveled and to hold down estradiol but he shoots subQ.

I shoot into my thigh using a 27g 1ml x 1/2" lg. needle it takes a little to get the T out of the vile so I pull the plunger all the way down and hold it. I do .35mls every 3 days and shoot 400 IU's of HCG the 2 days each in between my T shot. On the week of my labs I don't do the HCG and test the day I am due for my next T shot but do labs before the shot.
