For those of you on trt, how long does it take for you to achive a full erection? I'm on 100mg cyp once per week and still have ed issues. It takes me about 5-8 min to achieve an erection.

It depends. If my wife is involved, it happens quickly. When I'm stroking it myself (the norm) about 2-3 minutes.
