Why is it that I can get an erection on my own through manipulation, but 12-24 hours post ejaculation even viagra or caverject will not give me an erection. ?

Then on the rare occasion that I feel it working it seems like a inflammation is holding back the erection towards the base of penis that is actually sort of painfull.

Low or high E2 is known to cause erection problems, specially low.

But even if desire is intense before first ejaculation, after one it totally is gone for over a day. ? is this something that can be corrected, because I have used testosterone before and know that is not it.
