? for everyone on TRT

I am 42 and have been on HRT for 5 months and the results have been very good. I will be getting bloodwork done next month. My question is how long can you stay on TRT without a break and do you need to cycle on and off? I am taking 100mg of test eth. per week with 1000 units of HCG and .50 mg of Arimidex 3x's/week.

i was thinking about doing a very similar HRT protocol to yourself but supplimenting the armidex with DIM if possible (maybe 1 tablet daily). I am pretty skinny and don't think i have E2 problems (maybe low E2 though). How often are you doing the HCG and which days? I was considering 125/150mg of Test E + HCG days 6/7 at 250iu or maybe switching to HCG 3 times a week at 250iu (mon, wed and fri).

Has this cured most of your problems and how is your libido/sexual function?

No you dont cycle HRT, and btw I think your HCG dose is high, usual dosage is about 200IUs twice to 3 times a week.

JustOne is right, that could induce leydig cell desantationzation, mean't to mention in my first post.

I think the HCG dosage is either 250iu EOD or 250iu on day 6/7 if i recall right.

Agree with previous posts that you don't cycle TRT. You may want to watch that dose of Arimidex. Although I'm not on HCG, that amount of A'dex killed my E2 almost completely. Now doing 1/4 tablet 3 times a week. Hope you're keeping up with your blood work.

HCG is once per week as prescribed by the Doc.

I have bloodwork being done again at 6 months. I also left out that I am on 1.5 units of HGH for 5 days on and 2 off. In 5 months I have put on noticeabe lean muscle and dropped from 206 lbs to 188 lbs. Libido is good and I have thought about dropping the arimidex down to 2x week.

HCG has a half life of 32 hours, so dont know why hes got you on 1000IU once a week.
