experience better than scientific study !!!
I find to try some study about "low protein intake and muscle mass" but there are more study about "high protein intake and muscle mass" particulary with aging people.
In fact, I try to understand why I don't lose muscle mass with 65 gr of protein each day. I'm around 50 year's old and I train two time a week with high intensity training for 30 mn each workout. MY bodyfat is 12 % and my weight is 90 kg.
I eat many good fat, vegetable, fruit, nuts and fish with eggs. My protein intake is 65 gr each day and my calories 2500 cals.
One day in the week I don't eat for 24 hours and I don't lose muscle in this week.
Now I have many questions about the "expert recommendation about high protein intake" because my experience is completely different.
