Default feeling of wellbeing from hcg?

i have read patients who add hcg after testosterone administration has been set following blood tests get a heightened feeling of wellbeing.my question is how many days after taking 250iu of hcg do you still feel the benifits?

why i ask is in the "recipe for trt" patients who use androgel use hcg every 3rd day.those using injections use hcg for two consecutive days prior to the day of their shot.i assume using it 2 consecutive days you will still feel "better" all week until your next 2day hcg cycle.i know it is also used for the tailing off of test levels due to the cyp half life so it will bolster test levels in day 5 and 6.
my question however is in regards to the feeling of wellbeing and not test levels.using androgel i wondered why every 3rd day rather than 2 consecutive days unless the benefits of hcg will only be felt for 3 days?

i hope you's can understand what i mean as i am starting to confuse myself!!

I understand what you are asking but I don't know the answer. I've asked the same question but never really got an answer. However I just took my first HCG injection, so maybe in a couple of weeks I'll have an opinion.

i would be very suspicious of these feelings of well being until i saw a double blind cross-over study. Most people are "willing" to feel better if they think they have a reason to. Personally i have take small and large doses of hcg and have "felt" nothing but then i am not on an hrt schedule.

JB, I honestly don't think that anyone is going to do a double blind study to assertain well-being. Ceneginics circulated a study they did on hrt in men and women thru office based practice. They included a measure of wellbeing or lifestyle enhancement. However, they did a pre/post design. The men received test, hcg, hgh, and some form of estrogen control. Either you or I posted this over a CEM sometime last year.

The first few weeks I added hcg to test cyp, I went superphysiologic with test and really noticed the difference. It was like being 16 again. I lowered the test cyp and redistributed the hcg. It brought me back to a more optimal level for hrt. The sense of wellbeing is more akin to what I have felt thru most of my life.

I have had so many patients tell me they notice this I cannot ignore it.

I suspect the body has LH receptors in many more tissues than we currently know of, including in the more peripheral (emotional) sites of the brain.

Has anyone here used a generic hCG processed by American Phamaceutical Partners? I have attached a picture of it.

One of the guys in the hypogonadism2 yahoo group switched from one of the name brands to this brand and didn't experience the same effect after the switch. Even he admited that it didn't make sense, but he asked if anyone has a similar experience.

Now I realize that hCG is hCG is hCG, but it is possible (although, unlikely) that this hCG isn't the same. After all, hCG is rather fragile stuff, and a bad processing or handling can render some or all of the hCG ineffective.

Anyway, this is what I received. I appreciate that it is in a vial rather than an amp. Anyway, I haven't gotten the positive effect, so I was curious if anyone else has gotten this stuff and if so, did you get the positive effect?

That was what I used. I noticed a definite boost 12-14 hours after injecting. Of course, I was using it as a sole agent for TRT at a considerably higher dose than the 250 IU that SWALE recommends.
