Finasteride induced muscle wastage/ed

Quit finasteride in Jan and since have had severe ed, brain fog and muscle wastage. Also don't seem to sweat, shave far less and have sleep problems.Have not had a complete hormonal profile but my lh is 1.5, fsh 3.4 and total T 14 on a scale of 12-25.
Worried my life seems effectively over in my early 30s, what can I do?
Don't suppose I'll ever have kids now...
