Default Got bloodwork done - looking for feedback / comments / suggestions

So I just got new bloodwork as I was missing a few things on the last. Well it seems they also forgot to test a couple things this time around too (DHT) but I have an appointment with an endo in a month or two and will go over it then.

Some things are looking good...but overall I'm still unhappy and thinking that TRT/HRT is in the near future...Problem is, do I wait till I have kids before choosing this path? Will I even be able to have kids after choosing TRT/HRT? That's my main concern at this point of the game. I guess frozen popsicles are an option as well depending on what I decide to do.

Here are my old results:

Tests: (3) Lipid Panel

Cholesterol, Total 132 mg/dL 100-199
Tryglycerides 42 mg/dL 0-149
HDL Cholesterol 59 mg/dL 40-59
! VLDL Cholesterol 8 mg/dL 5-40
LDL Cholesterol 65 mg/dL 0-99

Test: (4) Testosterone, Free and Total

! Testosterone, Serum 381 ng/dL 241-827
Free Testosterone (Direct) 10.5 pg/mL 9.3-26.5

Test: (5) Dehydroepiandrosterone Sulfate

DHEA-Sulfate [L] 196 ug/dL 280-640

Here are my new results (taken 2 months after previous):

Testosterone, Free and Total

! Testosterone, Serum 310 ng/dL 241-827
Free Testosterone (Direct) 11.6 pg/mL 9.3-26.5

Dehydroepiandrosterone

DHEA 718 ng/dL 208-771

Estradiol

Estradiol, Sensitive 24 pg/mL 3-70

Prolactin

Prolactin 5.3 ng/mL 2.1-17.7

Cortisol

Cortisol (am) 18.0 ng/dL 3.1-22.4

SHBG

SHBG 21.0 nmol/L 13-71

DHT - ?????? (had specifically asked for this since I have been noticing what seems like high-androgen effects)

Any recommendations, comments or directions would be great. Seeing an endo soon, but not quite sure what to do at this point. It does seem that these are my baseline levels though. I feel pretty much the same as I've always remembered...I've used anti-depressents in the past, but went off them as I have no liking for them anymore and they do very little on the positive side of things. I had previously thought I was dealing with depression at times, but I think signs are pretty clear now.

I don't know how good the endo is that I will be seeing, but currently I have HCG, IGF, and toremifene (also have a fresh bottle of aromasin) which I can use to see if I can raise my baseline levels on my own. In theory, if they go up, then back down...then the above baselines are basically where I'm stuck at. (pretty sure I'd rather see a proper doctor though as I don't want to waste any time / effort ) I'm also pretty sure my DHEA has risen due to the Relora that I've been taking at 1500mg ed...I've also raised the amount of cholesterol I've been eating, but the GP refused to test my cholesterol again and rediculously argued that cholesterol has little to do with hormones (I just laughed to myself when he was arguing this - but then again he's just a GP and not schooled very much in the endocrine system).

ps: I've only ever done 1 cycle of any hormone (last summer) ..was halodrol + Zol for 7 weeks, last 2 weeks I added ergo into the mix... with a strong pct of nolva + 6oxo extreme. Never have done any significant cycle, so I am sure that I am not suppressed...these are definately my baseline levels imo.

also, previous to this new bloodwork, I went on Diesel Test Hardcore along with AI's PCS for 1 month. I went off it for maybe 4 days before getting new bloodwork since I didn't want it to effect the results. I was hoping for a positive change in my baseline after that 1 month.

Other supps being taken were Sensoril (ashwaganda) + Relora + Schizandra.

Currently I am on a very high dose of PCS (trans-resveratrol 50%) to elevate my test levels, as well as Get Diesel's TTE to free up some test. Went back on this a few days after bloodwork was taken. Currently thinking of adding in topical 7-oxy DHEA to help lower cortisol for the time being as well.

Any comments + suggestions would be strongly welcomed

Yeah, it's in the post:

No injectables, just that oral cycle I did last summer, with a very strong PCT. I have been taking a high dose of trans-resveratrol for the past month, so it makes no sense as to why my test levels have dropped since my first blood test (the original bloodwork was 2 months after PCT)... I then took a break from the resveratrol for this new bloodwork so it wouldn't impact it. But those levels seem to be in the TRT area to me, especially now. Seems like just my free test has marginally gone up.

Yes definately. I wouldn't say mild though, at times it's gotten rough (seemingly random too). I have everything going for me but a lot of my friends keep asking me why my confidence isn't much higher, and why I'm not more assertive, etc...they basically tell me "you have what it takes to be a real pimp" (not just with my work but almost everything else) but they see me being really modest/humble, and not always acknowledging the gifts that I've got. it really makes no sense. To be honest, a while ago I even ended up in the hospital...something I never liked to talk about but I guess I should be really honest here. I also have a strong case of irritability...short temper...easily frustrated. Not sure if that has anything to do with anything though.

I've been on effexor xr for a while, It helped at first. But it didn't help for long and it didn't help everything so I stopped taking it after 2 yrs.

Ever since I remember, my libido has been up and down. Sometimes I have no interest in sex, other times I am a dog....lately though it's more like I want sex because I know I really enjoy it, but I don't really feel the strong urges for it like I used to. I also use Aspire36 all the time now, as a crutch, since it's almost like I lose interest during sex so often (start off strong and then just lose interest...I don't get it)... Another problem is that it takes me an excruciatingly long time to reach orgasm. Easily always over an hour. Sometimes never.

For the longest time I always used to feel burnt out and drained, and always turned to massive amounts of caffeine + stimulants to keep me going...to be honest this turned even worse when I became a workaholic after I had tried to focus all my attention on my work. It was a rollercoaster for years, but I've gotten off the massive amounts of stimulants and no longer only focus on work, so I don't think I've been feeling so burnt out as much anymore as compared to then.

another weird thing though (and I don't want to sound crude in anyway lol...but I read about this in another thread too)

I'm still very much into having sex with my gf, and never like to skip a night of sex (although like I was saying, it's usually with Aspire being used, and is always a chore to try to get myself off...it shouldn't be so difficult to finish!! I am also very much addicted to my porn when I am not with my gf...but then again, I think it is because I am addicted to the relaxing feeling I get from getting off..and so I may do this 2-3 times in one night when I am alone. Sometimes in the morning if I have time as well. I am almost positive that it helps calm me and make me less anxious...funny thing is I am never (or rarely) the type of person to ever show anxiety on the outside. It's mostly an internal thing. Just thought I'd add this in as well. It's confusing to me how I could be so into it yet have all these other problems? LIke I am definately no chump in bed and have no lack of confidence/assertiveness at that time, and am told that I fuck like a pornstar lol...so I just don't understand it. If I had these other problems, wouldn't I just have no desire at all as well? Or is the desire all mental at this point you think? Also, if I don't have sex for days on end, I go mental...for me to go a week would be almost impossible.

I am told possibilities for this could be high DHT, or just a healthy estradiol level. But I do not know my DHT levels yet...and I'm not sure how good that estradiol level is above..it seems in range. Either way I know something has been out of wack for a long time.

I'm also trying to cover all the bases here:

I don't usually sleep very well and wake up often through the night (usually, even if it's just for a cpl minutes or less, I remember waking up at least 2-3 times per night) and almost always wake up feeling exhausted and need to drag my ass out of bed... I might have breathing problems while I sleep, it's possible I have sleep apnea. Can this, coupled with diet, affect my testosterone levels on it's own?

Get this test done at Genova Diagnostics:

GDX NutrEval Profile

GDX NutrEval Profile

Report comes with a list of supplements to take, names, daily doses.
Eat them for 3-4 months, keep eating, repeat that test.

I've gotten a comprehensive metabolic panel completed, if you want me to post that up as well...

Also, Janz, I don't see a place on that link for me to request that test? Do I need to call them for more details or to request it? Is it a request they send to me, and then I give to my DR to pull blood and then they take the list of tests to a lab? Lil confused on that link...

Doesn't really seem to me that you're in need for a life-long TRT plan.... Your bad sleeping habits alone can f*ck up your levels really badly... Correct that and retest via blood work. I guarantee that will make a huge difference and may give you your answer as to go on TRT or not.... Most likely; not...

You need doctor to request any tests from Genova.

GDX NutrEval Profile uses blood, urine and saliva.

Post your metabolic panel.
See how mine looks like, see the attachments.
JanSz-Metabolic Analysis and Cellular Energy

Look specially at the pages where they mention what suplements to take and how much.
That is highly personal, somebody else need different set and different amounts.

This is work in progress for me. I am learning about it as we speak.
I did the metabolic panel and then learned about test ONE.
As I went to my doc last Tuesday with my samples for test ONE,
Estroessence and couple others I already knew that it is not really the best set of tests.
Because I learned about GDX NutrEval Profile

I am going to have almost all tests that GDX NutrEval Profile contains,
but because the tests are done not as one unit,
I will be missing part of their evaluation and supplements advice.

I decided to go with it because I will be redoing these tests within 3-4 months again,
and I am still doing rather well test vice (and health vice).

My goal is to drop all of my supplements that I am taking on a "wholesale" basis,
based on general population good practice,
and replace them with personalized items that were requested by individual testing.

Highly individualized approach.
Not that I try to save on my health, but I expect to spend much less $$$ with my approach.
