I always like reading the science bit but the bottom line is always eat a good diet based around lots of frsh fruit and veg if you want a healthy body hich includes optimal hormonal levels

Personally I think a handful of all types of nuts & pumkin seeds every day together with a smoothie containg loads of fruit does wonders for erections - the effects are not like cialis of course but I think a good diet with daily exercise probably is better than any drug you could buy

No I dont own stock in grapefruit. (very funny)
It was just a observation for me personally. The grapefruit juice did nothing for my libido, nor do I drink it like it will be some sort of Vigara. It is not. I was interested in the "why" aspect of it all. Just discussing it.
And I have learned much for some of the excellent posts.

I think I have an answer to my own question about Grapefruit Juice. Grapefruit Juice is high in Vitamin B-6. This B vitamin is used by many to lower prolactin levels. Google it. My thoughts are this is the reason why Grapefruit has the effect I have spoken about. So, to avoid some of the negative things associated with grapefruit, I am going to try B-6 supplements to see if the results are the same. It should be noted however NOT to overload on B-6 as a cure for ED, as this can be toxic and create a vitamin B inbalance.
I still think stress is the number one Libido killer.
