Default Growth hormone supplementation

Has anyone tried growth hormone supplemenation ala the thierry hertoghe way?

I spoke with thierry over the phone some weeks ago and he looking at my signs and symptoms he thought I fit the profile of growth hormone defiency. He agreed that my IGF-1 number on blood tests was perfect and suggested I maybe have growth hormone resistance. I don't know whether that's a load of bull, I can't really make my mind up about Thierry's clinic. I woldn't mind trying the growth hormone supplementation the hertoghe way, where it is apparantly small dosages.

He said it would improve my CFS symptoms and make me more intelligent as well. I wouldn't mind that certainly but wondering whether Thierry really is as good as some say he is or whether he really just is another anti-aging doctor out to throw hormones at you.

My igf-1 was at the very low end of range. I had AGHD (Adult GH deficiency)
Went on HGH, and started with 2iu a day for a week then over time down to .5iu eod to once a week. It was amazing in that all my pain and numb areas went away. Felt great for years now and have not touched it in a few years i think. Might get back on it but the cost is a bit high. Thinking of trying that long r3 igf-1. HGH is injected, any oral stuff is fake.

As for CFS the news today:

Detection of an Infectious Retrovirus, XMRV, in Blood Cells of Patients with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome -- Lombardi et al., 10.1126/science.1179052 -- Science

After getting all your other hormones in check if igf-1 has not gone up then one may want to look into GHRT in not pituitary issue. GH has been actually starting to show to reduce life expendency, but increase quality of life.

My IGF-1 is exellent in blood tests. Hence why Thierry suggets GH resistance since I have many GH defiency symptoms. I don't know whether that's a load of bull. There must also be some reasons why I feel this crappy. If I take GH I may as well be hypopitituary,

I thin kbecause Hertoghe takes them all himself he is fairly eager to pass them on to patients. I have had a consultation with him and may be next for this, still would rather try this than nothing.
