Gyno - How do you know it is?

Sorry but I have real basic question about gyno. Is gyno specifically when you have nipple soreness and or a lump in the nipple area? Or are there different forms? Meaning would extra tissue in the breast area be considered gyno or just extra body fat that can be addressed by lowering your body fat?

Also is Arimidex the best drug to prevent and treat gyno?
