Default Help?

Why does my skin turn reddish/flush when i workout as well as my eyes? About 10 months ago i developed red bumps on front of legs, outside of arms, and my face flushed very bad in the sun and in heat? Prickly heat on face....weird. I dont have rosacea. However, the bumps went away adn i was left with reddish/patchy rash like on the outside of my arms. When i get hot or in sun, it gets worse as well as high light? I dont know what it is. I also have very red eyes all the time it seems. Worse when drinking. I have taken prohormones and took trenadrol about 10 months ago and developed gyno on left nipple. didnt do a very good PCT. Is it possible i might have hormone problems such as too much estrogen causing my skin to be sensitive.???? Or could i have allergies???? I dont know aht is going on? My skin turns red easily now and i also have hair growing back faster on body? Just really confused if this is all related??? I also have a red rash on upper chest. Wont go away and gets worse after shower and what not? Any help would be appreciated? I did hormone test for testosterone, etc..came back ok. Now find out about estrogen today but wonder if this could be imbalance. I also have a bad gallbladder from HIDA scan?

I could be wrong but this either sounds like allergies or skin problems, you might need to see a dermatologists.

been to dermatologist who said that she thinks its hormonal and no skin problems from 3 different dermatologist. All said i had good skin. but it gets blotchy, etc......red and flushed sometimes. Espicially when i am nervous or what not. My blood pressure rises at times also> Skin is REAL sensitive. Could allergies cause someone to flush easy or body temperature go up???When i drink a beer, my eyes get red.......etc... as well as flush. Not sure why i flush later in the day as well. Liver checked out ok in blood test. Hormones are good so far? Just doesnt seem like allergies. When i think of allergies, i think of sneezy, itchy, coughing, sinus, et....dont have any of that

When I was in high school i knew a girl that would have similar reactions especially when she was emotionally sensitive, such as nervous or upset. It seemed that her emotions could bring about a physiological response. As for the red eye when drinking beer, I'm sure everyone gets that if you bend your elbow enough.

Look anything like this?...Its hard to see in this pic but I have red bumps that run down my tricept. I have been told that it possibly is dehydration, or just sensitive skin it get worse as well has a hot feeling when I take niacin.

i mean my eyes stay red most of the day unless i put eye drops. Also if i drink one beer, they turn red....not normal. Could this be liver issues or gallbladder? I dont know. Hormones came back ok. is 137/80 very high BP? Coudl that cause a little bit of flushing as well. Seems like as the day goes on, my body gets hotter? Almost feels uncomftorable and ofcourse this red rash on chest that is just red. No bumps or anything? High histamine? Could this be due to allergies????Usually allergies you would have itching with redness as well, right? SO not sure abotu allergies but not ready to rule that out?

Check PH of your urine, stool, saliva.

I am just getting into this after my stool test indicate too high PH=8(6.1-7.9),
so I do not know much how to make changes,
but acidic urine may be one possible reason.
