Help: Need Doc Recommendation in NY area

First a brief introduction... I'm a mid-50s year old guy and not a user of anabolics (no judgment intended-- just not my thing). I am only on Meso having read the posts of Marianco. I am suffering from extreme fatigue and dysthmia.. have been for a very long time. There seem to be no obvious physical reasons (e.g. heart issues) that are causing this. I've had basic blood work done and everything seems to be in fairly normal range (at times DHEA is low). Testsoetrone levels-- normal for my age.

To get to the point, I'm looking for a doctor to see if I can resolve this once and for all...life is getting shorter. Marianco (Dr. Marian) sounds exactly like what I'm looking for but he is clear across the country which is less than ideal. However, if any of you have actually seen Dr. Marian and can report your experience public or PM, that would be very helpful

I'd like someone preferably in the NYC area, but I'm not looking for a 'new agey' type who is going to put me on some insane diet that I know won't last for more than a few weeks. I'd like a hard-core MD or psychiatrist that knows hormone levels, adrenal function, thyroid function, DHEA, testosterone etc etc inside out. For those who have heard of him, Dr. Braverman is based in NYC, but I've read so many negative reviews of his practice that I'm not going there. I'm hoping someone out there has an unqualified recommendation. Many thanks....
