Common signs of insulin resistance.
GITT 3 hours will answer your question
Ha1c, lipids profile would also be altered.
also could be lab error,, rerun it if possible
FT is not a reliable test
Bioavailavbe T

The test also said that my glucose, serum, levels are "critical" at 39 (65-99).

Beneath that it states "abnormal results possibly due to prolonged exposure of serum to cells"

My doctor sent me these results in an email and I have to set up a time to meet with him to talk about these results but in the email, he said not to worry about the "critical" part because that is associated with the transportation of the sample.

Of course that concerns me because if the results are going to be skewed by transport, then how can I take any of the results at face value?

Other abnormal levels were RBC at 5.75 (4.1 - 5.6)

And RDW at 15.5 ( 11.7-15)

list all blood work if possible
Do you have some kind of hidden infection going on or on TRT now?
with glucose of 39 that is freaken severe insulin imbalance or adrenal issues need to be addressed ASAP,
But they need to re run it because you would be in a commotose state and not walking around LOL

I would do the rhiens test ASAP ..

For the GITT, do they take full-vial blood samples each hour?

Is it possible to do a GITT at home if you have a finger-prick glucose monitor? Or, would you also NEED to be monitoring insulin at the same time?

GITT you get done pricked 5-6 time
0,30,1,130,2,3 hours
Must have insulin done along with it too.

Per chart your FreeT=320
it is little bit too high, 300 is max.

But your glucose=39
is an emergency situation.
.
Among other actions, you may want to purchase glucose meter.
