How many Vitamins and Supplements do you take?

I must take at least 10 pills every morning. After work out a can of
50 gram protien drink about 300 calories. Combined they make
a small meal.

Very few. Did not do shit for me when I was a child. At that time, my adrenals and thyroid were already going out. It was not fun trying to keep down a handfull of pills every morning. Too bad I did not see any osteopaths or other doctors who knew what adrenal insufficiency looked like. The only "supplement" I do take is licorice.
Yes, it lowers testosterone and increases estrogen. Does that matter if I am doing a T shot every week and letrozole twice a week? I think not.
