Question How potent is DIM compared to Nolva

Actually - - I have several questions about DIM:

1) What is a good brand?
2) How many mgs translate to say 10 mg of Nolva?
3) Is it more like Nolva (SERM) or Aromasin/Arimidex (Aromatase Inhibitor)?
4) How many grams/day os a typical dose?
5) Does the body evenutally attenuate to this product?

I have never used nolva but do use both Indolplex/DIM and Arimidex. DIM converts E2 to good E's Arimidex blocks E2.
Here is a search.

Do you use Arimidex year round? It's horrid on your lipid levels.

No just lately I was doing great on shots but added to much HCG to the mix and it drove up my E2 and DHT. I am now down from 500 IU's 3 times a week to 100 IU's everyday. I am doing .5 Arimidex every otherday now was doing a one mg. everyday. I am doing a blood test in 2 days. But my last blood test my lipid's were fine.

Arimidex blocks aromatase, the enzyme that converts T into E.

Only if you bring estrogen down too low and even with that, I have seen conflicting studies on this.

Whacked: DIM != Nolvadex. _Very_ differnet compounds. Nolvadex does not lower serum estrogen; rather, it just blockes it from _some_ estrogen receptors.

Yes and DIM converts E2 to good E's and one bad one.
SWALE my 4-OHE test came back and I feel they did the wrong one they did a Estrogen Metabolism Assessment (Senl.
2-Hydroxyestrone (2-OHE1)=198.
16alpha-Hydroxyestone (16alpha-OHE1= 687.
2:16alpha-Hydroxyestone ratio = .29
Tried to do the MRI today and had a panic attack so I need to go back taking some Xanax first.
